I just got back from attending a tour of the penthouses still under construction at Charlie and I have to say, I liked what I saw. I also got the latest V.I.P. Broker pricing updates for all units at Charlie straight from the developer. Stay tuned for pictures from my tour, but for now, here’s a breakdown of some of the pricing, suite, and building features for your reference.

$38,000 per parking space. Parking is available for all 2 Bedroom Suites, 2 Bedroom +Den suites and Denim Suites from floor 9-35.
$3,500 per locker.
